Prager Metis CPAs Launches Tax Controversy Practice; Merges With E. Martin Davidoff & Associates CPAs
November 20, 2018 – New York, NY— Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, announces its combination with E. Martin Davidoff & Associates, a prominent full-service CPA firm in Dayton, New Jersey. The combination was official as of November 16, 2018. The deal was facilitated by Whitman Business Advisors.

Marty Davidoff and Robbin Caruso will be joining the firm as Partners, who will head up the National Tax Controversy Practice. The staff will remain in their current location in Dayton, New Jersey until January 2019, at which time the entire staff will be relocating to the newly expanded Prager Metis Cranbury office at 1249 South River Road, Suite 303, Cranbury, New Jersey 08512.
