Howard Schulman CPA
With over 50 years of experience as a CPA, Howard Schulman joins brings with him his knowledge of accounting and tax, primarily for cooperatives and condominiums as well as nonprofit organizations, professional service firms, and high net worth individual tax.
Howard’s real estate expertise includes structuring transactions to minimize tax impact, refinancing, transitioning ownership to successor generations, and consulting on corporate and personal financial matters to retain and increase net worth.
Howard spends much time out in the community, being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Council of New York Housing Cooperatives, and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners. Howard has lectured at the annual seminar of the Council of New York Housing Cooperatives, and was the featured speaker at the Real Estate Board of New York annual symposium.
Howard graduated from The University of Michigan with his BA in Accounting.
