Justin began his career as a royalty liaison to Sony BMG’s country music division, the RCA label group.  Working on the recorded music side of the business early on in his career helped him learn the inner workings of record companies and music labels, the intricacies of artist contracts, and the systems and procedures behind the various aspects of royalty reporting. This valuable experience helps tremendously throughout his engagements, affording him the unique ability to approach examinations with the perspective of both sides.
